My name is Tom, I’m 44 years old and I’ve had my motorcycle license for 2.5 years. I’ve ridden about 12,000 km on my own bike, but only a few times on gravel. I hadn’t done a motorcycle trip before, so I also had little experience. What a journey! I’m still enjoying the afterglow of beautiful views, interesting places, and authentic accommodations. Senegal is also a very welcoming country with a beautiful culture.

The routes were, for me, a perfect balance between on- and off-road. Several times I had to pinch myself to see if I was really doing this. It was an unbelievable experience that felt like I was on a week-long holiday with friends. Everything was worked out down to the smallest detail by the team.

In short, this was the trip of a lifetime, and I made a few friends along the way. If I ever get the chance again, I will definitely join another trip. Once again, thanks to the entire team ✊🏼
